However Office 2019 seems to not launch on my laptop (downloaded from separate source to check and still didnt launch, so not the sellers fault)
After some help via email in attempt to solve the issue, seller was kind enough to refund.

Activation was successful, a little uneasy having to uninstall my version of Office in place of “theirs”.
At any rate Word will not open now, it occasionally will open a document but crashes if any changes or if “saving as”. Have tried restarting and launching in “safe mode” all have no effect. Will try a re-install next…
Completely un-usable at present. Waiting for response from customer service…

Make sure you can have the Office 2019 setup file downloaded and available before you buy this key. I had to call MS for support. Fortunately, they helped me to download the correct software. MS doesn’t make it easy for you to find Office 2019 online. They plug MS 365 – which requires recurring annual fees!

Seems to me all the above reviewers were paid to be laudatory. I found this product to be a total rip-off. First, there was a delay in activating the account. Second, the product key provided was not accepted. Third, the support email ([email protected]) just resulted in an “unroutable address” notification. If it’s not a Microsoft product, there IS NO SUPPORT.
